Infinity Designs Floor Plan Services – Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
By engaging with Infinity Designs Pty Ltd for our Floor Plan services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with using our services.
Infinity Designs is an Australian registered business, and we reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be made available on this page, and continuing to use our services means you accept the revised terms.
2. Our Services
Infinity Designs offers professional floor plan services for property marketing and real estate purposes. Our services include:
– Digital Floor Plans for properties based on client-provided plans or measurements.
– On-Site Measurement Service available only for locations in Brisbane and Gold Coast.
We reserve the right to make changes to our services or discontinue any feature at our discretion, without prior notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Infinity Designs, you agree to:
– Provide us with accurate and complete information regarding your property.
– Ensure we have timely access to the property or provide us with usable architectural plans for floor plan creation.
– Confirm that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to share property information for use in our floor plans.
Failure to provide accurate information or access may result in delays in your project.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
– Floor Plan Pricing: Services for clients with existing plans start at $95. For clients requiring on-site measurement, prices begin at $195.
– Payment must be made in full within 14 days of the delivery of the final floor plan.
– Clients are responsible for ensuring that payment is processed promptly. In the case of late payments, we reserve the right to charge a late fee after the due date.
5. Rights to Floor Plans
– Infinity Designs retains ownership of the intellectual property rights to all floor plans created.
– Upon payment, the client is granted a license to use the floor plans for marketing, sales, or promotional purposes only.
– Clients may not modify, transfer, or use the floor plans for purposes outside of the agreed-upon scope without our prior written consent.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we aim to provide accurate and high-quality floor plans, Infinity Designs is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the floor plans once delivered.
It is the client’s responsibility to verify that the floor plans meet their needs and are correct before use in any marketing or promotional activities.
7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal matters or disputes arising from these terms will be addressed by the courts in Queensland.
8. Entire Agreement
This agreement contains the full and only understanding between Infinity Designs and the client. Any prior communications or agreements (written or verbal) are superseded by these terms and conditions.
